Barrie Lockitch has over 10 years of experience in marketing & communications, and brings insight to the mobile entertainment and digital music space. At Axis Marketing & PR Lockitch manages deliverables and proactively cultivates and maintains relationships with the media to leverage press opportunities for clients amongst other PR initiatives.
Prior to joining the Axis team, Lockitch worked as an Account Coordinator at Losch PR in Brentwood, a leading hospitality PR firm. Lockitch worked closely with the press building on her vast knowledge of media and establishing strong relationships with the press. Lockitch also held the position of Editorial Assistant at the San Francisco based, international Tribal Magazine.
Additionally, Lockitch has held positions at world-renowned marketing and entertainment companies such as Time Warner, The Kennedy/Marshall Company, E! Entertainment and Brentwood Media Group.
Lockitch has a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Art and Visual Culture from the University of California at Santa Cruz and has completed internships in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Florence, Italy.
