Eva Fedderly, Associate Director of Axis Marketing and PR, has numerous years of strategic planning experience within the progressive marketing and public relations industries. She has been instrumental in the success of myriad marketing campaigns, product and company launches, as well as industry events. At Axis, Fedderly organizes and manages PR/Mktg & events to include, press tours, speaking opportunities, media relations, and implements creative PR campaigns for clients. Her background in experiential marketing inspires an unusual and fresh approach to public relations.
Prior to joining the Axis PR team, Fedderly worked in London at an experiential marketing agency as Head of Planning where she designed groundbreaking, live brand campaigns for Volkswagen, Clinique, BBC, Adult Swim, Polydor Records, Next, Yoplait, Red Stripe Beer, The Notting Hill Carnival, as well as many others. She worked with such media agencies as MediaCom, MPG, and Seal Communications. Her campaigns brought brand personalities to life, increased ROI, inspired long-term brand loyalty, and helped cultivate the new scene in BTL advertising. She helped write and edit one of the first books written on experiential marketing, Experiential Marketing: A Practical Guide to Interactive Brand Experiences (published February 2009 by Kogan Page, Europe’s largest independent publisher of business books).
While in London, Fedderly was also a publicist for a leading promotional agency where she garnered media exposure for such brands as Adnams Beer, DHC, the leading Japanese skincare line, and AXA Insurance.
Fedderly is on the board, along with other industry luminaries, for The Mobile Excellence Awards, one of the most prestigious and influential awards programs in the mobile entertainment & media sphere. Fedderly recruits keynote speakers and presenters, oversees logistics, and manages the PR for the much-acclaimed awards show.
Fedderly wrote her Honors Thesis on American social politics and media and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley.
